• All data belongs to the organisation that collects it

• End-user conversations are only accessible to the organisation that owns them

• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising

• We do not use customer data to train AI models

We minimise what we store:

• No personally identifiable information is required

• Only chatId and optional externalUserId are stored

Data Isolation

• Each organisation’s data is logically isolated

• No cross-tenant access is possible

• Access is strictly scoped and enforced at the backend

• Encryption in transit via HTTPS (TLS)

• Encryption at rest via Google Cloud infrastructure

• Secure authentication using Firebase Authentication

• Controlled access to assets using signed URLs (time-limited where applicable)
