You can match the style of your Feedchat to your brand.

Below are the things you can change.

Profile picture

You can add your own profile picture. This image will also be used as the favicon for your Feedchat.

The following file types are accepted:

• .jpg

• .jpeg

• .png

• .webp

The file must be under 1MB in size.

Color palette

You can choose between two color palettes:

• Light

• Dark

Light has an off-white background and light UI, whereas Dark uses a black background and dark UI. Choose whichever best matches your brand.

Accent color

You can also choose a key accent color for your Feedchat. You can select any color, based on HEX, RGB, or HSL values.

This color will then be used to change the submit button and user chat bubbles on your Feedchat.

We automatically calculate the relative accessibility scores to determine whether white or black text goes better with your accent color.

You can also add two useful links to your Feedchat:

• Your main website URL

• Your support URL

These will allow users easy access to key links via your Feedchat. It will also help inform the answers provided by the Feedchat agent.
